Co-working spaces in Oviedo?

Longtime lurker here, My family moved here when I was a kid. Rent is about $1,963/month for a decent place. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Has anyone dealt with this?

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is job market. the quality of life is solid. Worth doing your research before committing.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a contractor who relocated here from Denver about 14 years ago. The main reasons were weather and a job opportunity.

Pros I've experienced:
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Four distinct seasons
- Close to major attractions

Cons that are real:
- Not very walkable outside downtown
- Far from beaches/mountains

Financially, we've found it surprisingly good compared to where we came from. Lots of new construction which should help. Groceries are developing, gas is pretty good.

Socially, it was the best decision I ever made. No regrets on my end..
