Rent in Oviedo getting crazy

Hey folks, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Homes are going for about $428,500 on average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Should I be concerned? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 1 years ago from Baltimore and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in The Heights. It's pretty good for what you get.

Jobs: The market is established right now, especially in legal. If you're in education you might struggle.

People: Generally excellent. It took about 13 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: improving. Tons of options if you like Mexican.

Feel free to reach out with questions..
