Internet providers in Ovilla?

Longtime lurker here, I work in real estate and Poverty rate is 2.0%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $125,777, which feels pretty solid for the area. Crime rate is something to consider -Ovilla sits at 23.6 per 100K. It's a a small town city with about 4,239 people. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What do you all think? TIA! People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

I work in education here and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The job market for my field is better than expected. Good luck with whatever you decide..

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want weather, then yeah this place is great. But if safety matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

I've been living here for 9 years and I'd say it's exactly what I was looking for. The traffic is surprisingly good compared to other places I've lived. Overall Hope this helps!.

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value cost of living, you'll love it. The food scene is genuinely tough and I've found the quality of life is solid. My neighborhood (Riverside) is reasonable and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from LA, be prepared for the culture shock. housing market is completely different here. And Not a lot of cultural diversity.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.
