Best areas to explore in Owasso?

Longtime lurker here, It's a a smaller city city with about 39,013 people. Median household income is $79,386, which feels about average for the area. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Thoughts? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

As someone who grew up here, it's exactly what I was looking for. A lot has changed in the past few years though. food scene used to be much affordable but now it's tough.

Weather-wise, the summers are challenging and winters are wild. You get used to it after the first year.
