I'm a college student here and What would you do? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Bought a house here in 2015 and it exceeded my expectations. Property values have gone about the same since then.

The food scene here is surprisingly good. Tons of great Korean places. it's been a really good experience overall.
