Co-working spaces in Owings Mills?

Hey folks, With a population of 35,626, Owings Mills is a smaller city. Homes are going for about $335,000 on average. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a project manager who relocated here from Seattle about 5 years ago. The main reasons were work and my partner's job.

Pros I've experienced:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Lots of new development happening
- Close to major attractions

Cons that are real:
- Not a lot of cultural diversity
- Can feel isolated

Financially, we've found it underrated compared to where we came from. It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. Groceries are competitive, gas is surprisingly good.

Socially, it was the best decision I ever made. No regrets on my end..

Came here for cost of living and stayed because it's not perfect but it works for me. The healthcare is honestly average and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
