Oxford job market vs Cincinnati
Random thought, It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Am I wrong here? Looking forward to hearing from you all.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem improving.
I've been here 15 years and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The thing nobody mentions is nightlife. It's reasonable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.
That said, the school system is legit. And if you're into mountain biking, this place is hit or miss.
Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Cedar Grove side vs the Maple Ridge side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

We moved here with our family and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Schools in Springfield area are tough. Kids love it here.

The food scene here is average. Tons of great craft beer places. it's improved dramatically in recent years.
