Thinking about relocating to Oxford from Phoenix

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a remote worker and Average temperature is around 48--F, so expect cold winters. Rent is about $1,047/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 3.5%, which is pretty low. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it was the best decision I ever made. Good luck with whatever you decide..
