OK so I relocated for work and Household incomes average around $59,901 in Oxford. Homes are going for about $333,400 on average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What would you do? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development.
