Anyone work in healthcare in Oxon Hill?

I'm a college student here and Median household income is $94,989, which feels pretty solid for the area. You can expect to pay around $1,673 for rent here. Crime rate is something to consider -Oxon Hill sits at 236.8 per 100K. The median home value here is around $345,500, which seems about average. With a population of 18,491, Oxon Hill is a small town. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Let me know your thoughts. Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

Public transit is pretty good here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's improved dramatically in recent years.
