Commute times in Ozark -how bad?

Hey, It's a a small town city with about 14,348 people. Median household income is $46,951, which feels on the lower side for the area. Average temperature is around 67--F, so the weather is moderate. The median home value here is around $138,600, which is actually reasonable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

We moved here with our family and it's been a really good experience overall. Schools in North area are better than expected. Kids love it here.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I have mixed feelings honestly. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

I've lived in North for about 10 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I love the pace of life here. When I first moved here from Salt Lake City, I was surprised by safety. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Good internet infrastructure
- The traffic scene is underrated

The downsides:
- Chain restaurants dominate
- Limited shopping options

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for remote workers. Definitely worth checking out..
