Hello, I'm a college student here and With a population of 14,348, Ozark is a small town. It's a a small town city with about 14,348 people. Crime rate is something to consider -Ozark sits at 451.3 per 100K. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Thoughts? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
