Ozark is underrated, change my mind

Hi all, Rent is about $773/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 67--F, so the weather is moderate. Crime rate is something to consider -Ozark sits at 451.3 per 100K. With a population of 14,348, Ozark is a small town. The unemployment rate is 4.2%, which is about average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Pros:
- Low crime in most areas
- Easy commute
- Good internet infrastructure

Cons:
- Limited public transit
- Limited nightlife
- Far from major airports
- Chain restaurants dominate
Anyone in a similar situation? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are challenging, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
