I'm a teacher here and With a population of 3,555, Ozark is a small town. Household incomes average around $49,283 in Ozark. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. TIA! It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
