Curious what people think. I'm originally from Denver and Homes are going for about $230,600 on average. Rent is about $1,003/month for a decent place. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. What are your go-to spots? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
