So, Just moved here 1 months ago and It's a a small town city with about 21,953 people. Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. Median household income is $69,372, which feels about average for the area. The unemployment rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Is this normal for Ozark? It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
