What's it really like living in Pace?

Hello, I grew up here but left for a while. With a population of 25,630, Pace is a smaller city. It's a a smaller city city with about 25,630 people. Rent is about $1,195/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 9.1%, which is pretty low. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Am I overthinking this? The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The city has invested a lot in new development.

We moved here with our family and it's exactly what I was looking for. Schools in Fairview area are better than expected. Kids love it here.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem decent.

I've been here 9 years and it exceeded my expectations. The thing nobody mentions is nightlife. It's established and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the outdoor recreation is legit. And if you're into golfing, this place is surprisingly good.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Riverside side vs the Westside side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
