Honest thoughts on life in Pacific Grove

Random thought, The median home value here is around $1,129,400, which is pretty steep. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Has anyone dealt with this? Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Came here for family and stayed because I genuinely enjoy living here. The job market is honestly solid and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
