Best coffee shops in Pacifica?

Born and raised here. The median home value here is around $1,211,700, which is pretty steep. You can expect to pay around $3,080 for rent here. Homes are going for about $1,211,700 on average. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Any advice would be great. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a real estate agent who relocated here from Boston about 9 years ago. The main reasons were a job opportunity and a fresh start.

Pros I've experienced:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Decent public transit for the size
- Lots of new development happening

Cons that are real:
- Not very walkable outside downtown
- Chain restaurants dominate

Financially, we've found it average compared to where we came from. Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. Groceries are competitive, gas is better than expected.

Socially, I genuinely enjoy living here. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
