Job hunting in Pacifica -tips?

Hey folks, I'm a remote worker and With a population of 37,527, Pacifica is a smaller city. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Am I wrong here? Looking forward to hearing from you all. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

We moved here with our family and I love the pace of life here. Schools in The Heights area are solid. Kids love it here.

Came here for work and stayed because it's exactly what I was looking for. The safety is honestly challenging and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
