Hey folks, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and The unemployment rate is 2.1%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 26,894 people. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Does this match your experience? Appreciate any input. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
