Best neighborhoods in Pahrump
Been meaning to ask this. Military spouse here. Poverty rate is 10.3%, which is around average. Median household income is $58,560, which feels about average for the area. The unemployment rate is 3.9%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $283,400 on average. Rent is about $1,152/month for a decent place. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
