Freelancing from Pahrump -experience?

Longtime lurker here, We have two kids and Household incomes average around $58,560 in Pahrump. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What do you all think? Looking forward to hearing from you all.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want school system, then yeah this place is great. But if weather matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Internet is hit or miss in most areas.
