Is Pahrump worth it salary-wise?

So, I've been here for 17 years and With a population of 45,811, Pahrump is a smaller city. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Has anyone dealt with this? Thanks! The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's not perfect but it works for me. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
