I'm a college student here and Rent is about $957/month for a decent place. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Any advice would be great. Looking forward to hearing from you all. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
