Curious what people think. I've been here for 19 years and Rent is about $957/month for a decent place. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Should I be concerned? Looking forward to hearing from you all. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
