The good and bad of living in Painted Post

So, I'm a remote worker and Poverty rate is 4.7%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $926/month for a decent place. Crime rate is something to consider -Painted Post sits at 344.2 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 5.2%, which is about average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Should I be concerned? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up.
