OK so Been living here since 2010. Rent is about $1,467/month for a decent place. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Is this normal for Palatine? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
