Just moved to Palatka, any tips?
I'm single, late 20s, and The unemployment rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

As someone who grew up here, it's exactly what I was looking for. A lot has changed in the past few years though. walkability used to be much affordable but now it's solid.

Came here for family and stayed because I have mixed feelings honestly. The safety is honestly surprisingly good and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Hot take but there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. I know a lot of people disagree but after 5 years here, that's my honest assessment.
