Cheapest neighborhoods in Palisades Park?
Hi all, I'm a college student here and It's a a small town city with about 20,192 people. Poverty rate is 7.3%, which is pretty low. With a population of 20,192, Palisades Park is a small town. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Worth the trade-offs? Cheers. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
