Anyone else feel this way? I'm a nurse at the local hospital and It's a a mid-size city city with about 125K people. Crime rate is something to consider — Palm Bay sits at 342.8 per 100K. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Am I wrong here? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
