Hello, My family moved here when I was a kid. Household incomes average around $110,563 in Palm Beach Gardens. Median household income is $110,563, which feels pretty solid for the area. Crime rate is something to consider -Palm Beach Gardens sits at 136.3 per 100K. Average temperature is around 74--F, so it's warm year-round. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Is this normal for Palm Beach Gardens? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to.

Hot take but it was the best decision I ever made. I know a lot of people disagree but after 5 years here, that's my honest assessment.

Alright, I'll give you the full rundown since I see a lot of surface-level answers here.
I've been in North for 11 years. Moved from Denver for my partner's job. Here's my honest, detailed take:
**Housing:**
The market right now is challenging. We bought in 2019 at k and it's now worth down slightly than that. If you're renting, expect /mo for a decent 3-bed in a safe area. Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable.
**Employment:**
retail is strong here. construction is hit or miss. If you're remote, you'll love the cost of living. Average salaries are pricey for the area.
**Quality of Life:**
I genuinely enjoy living here. The outdoor scene is pretty good - we have rivers within easy driving distance. Dining has gotten so much better in the past few years.
**Schools (if relevant):**
Varies hugely by district. North schools are surprisingly good. If you have kids, this should be your number one factor in choosing a neighborhood.
**The Bad:**
I'd be lying if I said everything is great. Rising rent and home prices. Property taxes are high. And safety can be frustrating.
**Bottom line:**
For couples, I'd say this is a 6/10. Happy to answer more specific questions.. Feel free to ask specific questions - happy to help.

We moved here with our family and the quality of life is solid. Schools in Sunset area are average. Kids love it here.

As someone who grew up here, it's not perfect but it works for me. A lot has changed in the past few years though. cost of living used to be much stable but now it's challenging.
