How are the schools in Palm Beach Gardens?

Hello, Homes are going for about $554,300 on average. Poverty rate is 4.0%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $554,300, which is pretty steep. Median household income is $110,563, which feels pretty solid for the area. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development. What are your go-to spots? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a project manager who relocated here from Phoenix about 9 years ago. The main reasons were work and retirement.

Pros I've experienced:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Good airport with direct flights
- Strong sense of community

Cons that are real:
- Property taxes are high
- Not a lot of cultural diversity

Financially, we've found it underrated compared to where we came from. It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. Groceries are wild, gas is average.

Socially, I genuinely enjoy living here. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Internet is decent in most areas.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is walkability. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Worth doing your research before committing.
