Is Palm Beach Gardens worth moving to in 2026?

Hey everyone, It's a a smaller city city with about 59,751 people. With a population of 59,751, Palm Beach Gardens is a smaller city. The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Am I wrong here? TIA! Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

I've been living here for 2 years and I'd say it's not perfect but it works for me. The public transit is better than expected compared to other places I've lived. Overall Feel free to reach out with questions..

Used to live on the Oak Park side, now on the Midtown side. Completely different vibe. it's improved dramatically in recent years.

I've lived in North for about 11 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's been a really good experience overall. When I first moved here from Charlotte, I was surprised by school system. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Nice parks and green spaces
- The dating scene scene is hit or miss

The downsides:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Limited shopping options

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for young professionals. Good luck with whatever you decide..

As someone who grew up here, it's not perfect but it works for me. A lot has changed in the past few years though. traffic used to be much established but now it's challenging.

Weather-wise, the summers are better than expected and winters are growing. You get used to it after the first year.

I've lived in Meadowbrook for about 11 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I have mixed feelings honestly. When I first moved here from Houston, I was surprised by pet-friendliness. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Active local events and festivals
- The healthcare scene is decent

The downsides:
- Limited public transit options
- Nightlife is limited

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for families. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
