Alright, I'm a college student here and Homes are going for about $532,100 on average. With a population of 25,699, Palm City is a smaller city. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Should I be concerned? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

We moved here with our family and it's exactly what I was looking for. Schools in Midtown area are surprisingly good. Kids love it here.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem challenging.
I've been here 14 years and I genuinely enjoy living here. The thing nobody mentions is walkability. It's pricey and it affects daily life more than you'd think.
That said, the cost of living is legit. And if you're into running, this place is underrated.
Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The East side vs the Pine Hills side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
