Hi all, I work in manufacturing and Average temperature is around 75--F, so it's warm year-round. Rent is about $1,965/month for a decent place. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Would love some local perspective. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
