Anyone regret moving to Palm River-Clair Mel?

So, Been living here since 2010. Rent is about $1,439/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 14.6%, which is around average. With a population of 26,719, Palm River-Clair Mel is a smaller city. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Any advice would be great. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. it's not perfect but it works for me. Compared to LA it's underrated.

We moved here with our family and it exceeded my expectations. Schools in Lakewood area are solid. Kids love it here.
