Anyone regret moving to Palm River-Clair Mel?
So, Been living here since 2010. Rent is about $1,439/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 14.6%, which is around average. With a population of 26,719, Palm River-Clair Mel is a smaller city. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Any advice would be great.
