Best restaurants in Palm River-Clair Mel?

I'm a nurse at the local hospital and The median home value here is around $244,100, which is actually reasonable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Does this match your experience? The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 6 years ago from Salt Lake City and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in Eastside. It's hit or miss for what you get.

Jobs: The market is growing right now, especially in consulting. If you're in marketing you might struggle.

People: Generally improving. It took about 11 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: improving. Tons of options if you like Thai.

No regrets on my end..
