First post here. I'm a remote worker and Rent is about $1,439/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $244,100, which is actually reasonable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
