Alright, I'm a remote worker and The median home value here is around $567,300, which is pretty steep. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Does this match your experience? Thanks in advance!

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it was the best decision I ever made. Internet is pretty good in most areas.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem tough.
I've been here 8 years and I love the pace of life here. The thing nobody mentions is dating scene. It's affordable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.
That said, the cost of living is legit. And if you're into skiing, this place is underrated.
Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The East side vs the Lakewood side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
Would recommend to anyone considering it..

I've been here 1 years and it's exactly what I was looking for. The thing nobody mentions is food scene. It's pricey and it affects daily life more than you'd think.
That said, the safety is legit. And if you're into camping, this place is challenging.

I've been living here for 14 years and I'd say it was the best decision I ever made. The walkability is hit or miss compared to other places I've lived. Overall Feel free to reach out with questions..

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Compared to Pittsburgh it's solid.
