Random thought, I'm retired and Average temperature is around 75--F, so it's warm year-round. Homes are going for about $567,300 on average. The suburbs are where most families end up. Thoughts? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
