Housing in Palm Valley compared to Cincinnati

So, Poverty rate is 2.7%, which is pretty low. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Any help is appreciated. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Moved here from Miami about 7 years ago. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Still getting used to healthcare but Definitely worth checking out..
