Co-working spaces in Palmdale?

Longtime lurker here, I'm a college student here and Homes are going for about $435,300 on average. The median home value here is around $435,300, which is pretty steep. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up. Has anyone dealt with this?

My experience has been mostly positive. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The only thing I'd watch out for is outdoor recreation. Other than that, Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a data analyst who relocated here from New York about 10 years ago. The main reasons were a fresh start and quality of life.

Pros I've experienced:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Good internet infrastructure
- Active local events and festivals

Cons that are real:
- Limited public transit options
- Limited shopping options

Financially, we've found it pretty good compared to where we came from. It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. Groceries are wild, gas is underrated.

Socially, it's been a really good experience overall. Feel free to reach out with questions..

We moved here with our family and I'm still on the fence after all this time. Schools in East area are average. Kids love it here.
