Housing market in Palmdale — is it worth buying?
Median home value here is around $435,300. Prices are steep but there are pockets of affordability. For those renting, typical rent is $1736.
Is now a good time to buy in Palmdale? Or better to keep renting?
Looking for opinions from both homeowners and renters.
