Hi all, Been living here since 2013. The unemployment rate is 4.5%, which is about average. It's a a mid-size city city with about 165K people. Average temperature is around 62°F, so the weather is moderate. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. Any advice would be great. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
