Moving to Palmdale for work — advice?

Been meaning to ask this. Been living here since 2008. Household incomes average around $81,151 in Palmdale. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. Any advice would be great.

Used to live on the Cedar Grove side, now on the Downtown side. Completely different vibe. it's improved dramatically in recent years.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it exceeded my expectations. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

Came here for a job opportunity and stayed because I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The food scene is honestly underrated and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
