Alright, We're a young couple and Homes are going for about $275,900 on average. With a population of 6,141, Palmer is a small town. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What are your go-to spots? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
