Cost of living reality check -Palmer Heights

Anyone else feel this way? With a population of 3,963, Palmer Heights is a small town. Homes are going for about $289,400 on average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Would love some local perspective.

We moved here with our family and it exceeded my expectations. Schools in Greenfield area are tough. Kids love it here.
