Hey, I've been here for 14 years and Homes are going for about $255,000 on average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Has anyone dealt with this? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
