Working in Palmetto Estates -salaries realistic?

Curious what people think. I'm retired and Average temperature is around 76--F, so it's warm year-round. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Thanks in advance! Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development.

I'm a contractor and I've found I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The community is decent and there's always something going on.
